"Beneath the Cross of Jesus"
meditation. I have sung these words many, many times, but it wasn't until I recently read them (slowly) that I was touched so powerfully by the message. BENEATH THE CROSS OF JESUS (verses 2&3) Upon that cross of Jesus mine eye at times can see The very dying form of one who suffered there for me; And from my smitten heart with tears two wonders I confess- the wonders of redeeming love and my unworthiness.
